Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) leads Catholic Charities’ efforts to recruit and retain a workforce of caring and compassionate individuals who, together, serve more than 15,000 people each year who are hungry, homeless, lonely, disabled or abused. The HRBP administers all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, employee engagement and development, policy development and legal compliance, payroll and benefit programs, and record keeping.
