We are adding a Human Resources Business Partner to our team. As a growing company, we will use the person in this role to improve our execution of HR strategies. They will collaborate with leadership on multiple initiatives including change management, team building, data analysis, talent development and promotional procedures.

HRBP Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as HRBP or HR Generalist
• Exposure to large-scale, multi-state, HR programs
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with succession planning and promotion policies
• Experience with data analysis
