We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives and ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and policies.
Duties:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Provide guidance and support in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Utilize HR systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity, and Dayforce to manage employee data, payroll, benefits administration, and reporting
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making
- Assist in organization design and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity, or Dayforce
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience in organization design and change management initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and human resources management
