Unique opportunity for an accomplished clinical talent acquisition and workplace planning professional for an established health system in the South Jersey shore area.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source diverse qualified candidates to meet requirements for positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools. The HRBP consults with leaders and staff members regarding HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and labor/employee relations issues. Communicates and supports the enforcement of performance improvement initiatives and grievance/dispute resolution process. Serves a significant role in staff member retention efforts, which includes organizing staff member programs and events that promote a caring culture and foster engagement, retention interviews to encourage communication, allow for feedback and improve the workplace, and exit interviews to help identify opportunities for improvement and ultimately improve staff member turnover and retention.
Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal regulatory standards that apply to all HR functions.
A Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years’ experience with at least three years concentration in healthcare recruitment.
HR certification preferred.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
