A background in public sector leadership and employee development, policy administration, and team building are key. Experience in employee relations and current recruitment strategies is ideal. The annual salary for the Human Resources Business Partner is $83,563 to $106,756. Starting salary will depend upon qualifications, career history, and overall match with the requirements for this position. It should be noted that this position has also been approved for 3% COLA effective October 2024.
