Overall Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Human Resources Assistant supports the Operations team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientation, and training, and entering of a high volume of employment records into our HR database. This position requires a strong sense of discretion with good organization and computer skills. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
