In this position you will:
- Answers phones for the HR department and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
- Facilitate new employee orientations
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions and audit records on a regular basis
- Responds to reference check and verifications of employment status
- Participate in HR strategic project teams
- Assists the HR team with various projects and reporting needs
