In this position you will:

• Answers phones for the HR department and respond to employee inquiries
• Assist with travel arrangements for employees
• Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
• Facilitate new employee orientations
• Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions and audit records on a regular basis
• Responds to reference check and verifications of employment status
• Participate in HR strategic project teams
• Assists the HR team with various projects and reporting needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
