Education and/or Experience: 1 year - relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED (some college coursework preferred). Working knowledge of basic human resources principles and practices. Excellent Windows/Microsoft (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) Skills. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
Licenses/Certificates: Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to obtain a Racing License commissioned by LSRC.
