The HR Assistant will assist the Human Resources Manager in day-to-day activities. This opportunity will give the assistant valuable, real-world experience, as well as provide the Human Resources manager with additional administrative support. Apply today!
Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4 PM
- $18 /hr depending upon experience
- Assist the HR Manager with benefits administration and wellness activities.
- Scan documents and maintain employee files, make photocopies, and prepare correspondences
- Assist the HR Manager in various HR programs, policy and procedures and update all documents
- Assist with record keeping activities such as but not limited to Affirmative Action Plan, EEOC,
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends and assists with other meetings and
- Assist HR manager with research, special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Administrative experience and excellent communication skills
- Prior HRIS database experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records or sensitive
- Previous experience in HR is a plus
