Full-Time position; includes every other weekend; 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

• Receive all incoming calls and transfer calls as necessary to appropriate personnel.

• Serve as receptionist: greeting all parents, consultants, groups, delivery personnel, work crews, and other visitors, volunteers and volunteens.

• Greet and direct applicants for interviews.

• Manage the Electronic Records Management System by scanning personnel files and filing hard copy files as necessary. File hard copies in personnel files.

• Prepare evaluation packets each month and distribute to appropriate personnel for completion.

• Provide assistance to Human Resources, Support Services, Executive Secretary and other departments as needed in the completion of assigned tasks.

• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience operating phone systems.

• Uphold Holy Angels human rights policies and confidentiality statement.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience: Executive Assistant Experience; Developmental Disabilities and/or acute care.
