Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Duties:
- Manage employee relations, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding initiatives and engage with potential candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
