Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as strategic planning, change management, and succession planning
- Assist with payroll administration using systems such as PeopleSoft and Kronos
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems

Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish a must
- Proven experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
