We are partnering with Wolfe and Associates to help us with our search for a Human Resources Assistant.

Candidate will be expected to provide a broad range of HR support to employees located in each of our centers. This position reports directly to the HR Manager.  We desire a candidate with 2 or more years of Human Resources experience. 

In this role, a candidate will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks that include but not limited to:

• Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Assist with maintenance of Employee Handbook and policy manual
• Maintenance of personnel records.
• Assist with recruiting through internet job postings, career fairs, campus interviews and candidate follow up.
• Conduct new hire tours.
• Assist with all aspects of new employee on boarding to include benefit questions and new hire paperwork.
• Assist all staff with issues related to benefits.
• Facilitate and coordinate any Workers Compensation issues.
• Support all other HR related tasks.
