Housing Program Manager jobs in Ohio
Housing Program Manager oversees operations of a housing program. Sets budget and policies, hires and trains staff, and oversees occupancy eligibility/operations. Being a Housing Program Manager develops and provides reports or documentation needed to secure/maintain funding or grants. May lead the work of others. Additionally, Housing Program Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Housing Program Manager contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Public Housing Manager
Responsible for lease up, evictions, inspections, and other duties of property management which include:
Complete thorough scheduled inspections of public housing units
Prepare and explain Public Housing Lease for execution for new and existing tenants.
Implement Lease enforcement procedures, including conferences with tenants, issuing verbal and written warnings of Lease Violations.
Professionally represent BMHA in court proceedings involving tenants if necessary.
Responsible for collecting of rents in area assigned and initiating action required for collection of delinquent accounts.
Answer tenant complaints and other issues.
Required:
Associate or bachelor's degreee in related field or 2 years experience in housing managementPreferred:
Experience with MRI housing software; HAB inc specificallyExcellent benefits package including PTO, most federal holidays, health, vision, dental and life insurance after probationary period.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
