Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance services and resources
- Provide crisis management support as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve programs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for funders, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of fair housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Strong background in crisis management, law, social work, or a related field
- Experience in addiction counseling and motivational interviewing is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
