Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to oversee our organization's operations and ensure the successful implementation of our programs. The Director will be responsible for managing staff, developing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis management, law, social work, and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance services and resources
- Provide crisis management support as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve programs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for funders, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of fair housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Strong background in crisis management, law, social work, or a related field
- Experience in addiction counseling and motivational interviewing is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
