Housing Director oversees all aspects of on-campus housing for students. Assigns residence hall managers to each dormitory. Ultimate Staffing is looking for a director of housing. This person would manage and support the supervisors at adult living homes where the people there are ready to reenter society. This is a hands off position, providing support to young adults who have had set back in life. You will be in charge of coordinating any support services and helping to support the staff that is supervising.

What will you do?
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned residence.
Maintaining and enhancing the quality of program services offered.
Creation, implementation of on-going follow-up related to the Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
Utilizing person-centered approach to engage individuals and their support circles to develop plans that accurately reflects and meets their needs
Support a team of 4-6 housing supervisors
Coordinate with different service providers including clinical, transpiration and staff.
Qualifications:
Commitment to assisting people with developmental disabilities to participate fully in the life of their community
Ability to work as part of a team: positive and constructive.
Prior management experience preferred
Basic computer literacy/proficiency preferred.
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Able to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally, visually, and in writing.
Basic budgeting and mathematical skills.
Proven ability to demonstrate tact, good judgment, and initiative in interactions with participants, peers, family members, the general public, and other stakeholders.
