We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our hotel housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in staff supervision, guest room cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, and hospitality to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff

- Break out the house

- Inspect rooms to be sure they are ready to rent

- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized

- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques

- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards

- Address customer concerns and requests promptly

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related field

- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry practices

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
