The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key individual in achieving the goals and quality standards of the hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor must impact all elements of the department including but not limited to standards of cleanliness, associate morale, budgetary goals, and interdepartmental relations. As such, the Housekeeping Supervisor has responsibility for:
· Assisting in operation of the Housekeeping Department on a day-to-day basis
· Planning ahead to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and goals
· Working with the other Managers to be proficient in the administrative operation of the Housekeeping Department and how it ties together with other departments
· Other special projects as needed/requested
Identify and maintain various methods and/or areas to achieve constructive
communications.
Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are achieved.
