Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our management team. The successful candidate will have a desire to cultivate their skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities to successfully lead their team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that client facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.

· Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the cleaning services business.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and company leadership.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning personnel and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.

· Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as quality, inventory, and personnel.

· Identify opportunities to increase efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Experience in a leadership position, preferably in the cleaning services industry.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative; a self-starter.

- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
