Housekeeping Supervisor supervises the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for standards' establishment, staff training, schedule/resource coordination, workflow inspection, inventory maintenance and equipment supplies. Being a Housekeeping Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Joni's Housekeeping is a local cleaning company looking for help Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday. We serve areas from Willard to Woods Cross and pay travel time in between homes and offices. We are a very detail oriented company and expect high quality work. Starting pay depends on experience.
Must be very dependable, honest and able to work at a fast pace but still detailed in your work. Must be a team player, we work with cleaning partners. We clean mainly homes but we do have a few offices.
Our first house begins at 9 and our days are usually over between 2 and 4. Valid drivers license and vehicle are required to get from house to house..
Must submit to drug test and background check. Must take great pride in their work and have a high standard of what clean really is. Pay starts between $12.00 and $16.00 but if you show your worth, you can move up quickly.Job Type: Contract
