Housekeeping Supervisor jobs in Kingsport, TN

We are looking to hire a full-time supervisor in our housekeeping department. Responsabilities include, but are not limited to, making sure all units are clean and stocked per policy, teaching and checking behind new staff, notifying the manager when supplies are needed, notify maintenance when a unit needs attention, help with scheduling staff, keeping up with inventory, laundry as needed, reporting any problems or concerns to management, and other duties as required. This position requires a people person, attention to details, ability to lift 30 pounds, and the ability to adapt in a fast paced enviroment. Working Saturdays are a must, as it is our busiest day of the week, but no Sundays are required. Prefer someone with experience in housekeeping and supervision of employees.
