We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations. The ideal candidate will have a prior supervisory experience in a similar role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness

• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary

• Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services

Qualifications:

• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends

• Good oral communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in industrial cleaning and floor care

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
