Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
