The successful Hospitality/Environmental Services Manager candidate will be responsible for achieving and maintaining excellent patient satisfaction and employee engagement, supervise the performance of all housekeeping, custodians and laundry personnel through personal inspections and other quality control techniques, assure timely response to housekeeping work orders, ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment; plan for repair and/or replacement of damaged equipment, routinely monitor/evaluate staff competency, attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned, prepare budget and ensure department operates within budgetary guidelines, implement and monitor the department’s safety program and quality standards, inspect all housekeeping equipment regularly for proper functioning and safety, manage proper disposal of trash and recyclables within the hospital, prepares for State and Joint Commission inspections.
