Duties:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in personal properties, and commercial settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, time management for best productivity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with employees and clients
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
- Knowledge of laundry operations is a plus
