Position Overview: We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team. As a vital part of our workforce, you'll be tasked with delivering exceptional cleaning services in residential settings, ensuring our clients come home to a pristine living environment. The ideal candidates will possess previous experience in residential cleaning, dependable transportation, a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Work hours typically range from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with a flexible workload of 10 to 20 hours per week as needed. You Must Live in Nassau or Suffolk County (Long Island, NY).

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping on various flooring surfaces including carpets, hardwood, and tiles.
2. Dust and polish furniture, shelves, and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
3. Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
4. Ensure interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors are spotless and streak-free.
5. Disinfect kitchen countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
6. Clean and polish silverware, dishes, and decorative items.
7. Empty and sanitize trash containers, ensuring proper waste disposal.
8. Manage inventory of cleaning products and supplies, replenishing as needed.
9. Perform additional tasks such as laundry, ironing, and organizing closets or cabinets, as requested and available.
10. Adhere to established safety protocols, and handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
11. Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
12. Follow company policies and maintain client confidentiality.
13. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a residential cleaner.
2. Access to reliable transportation for traveling to and from client homes.
3. Successful completion of a background check.
4. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
5. Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and materials.
6. Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
7. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
8. Capacity to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
