First, we do a property inventory checklist upon arrival to notify the property manager of any issues such as smoking smell, extra dirty, damaged/missing items, etc. Then we complete a cleaning crew checklist that is a thorough clean...every-time, from baseboards to ceiling fans. Lastly, we notify the property manager if the stock is running low for bathroom/kitchen amenities and anything else you may offer the guests! We ensure 5-star reviews every-time.
