Surestay Plus By Best Western is the only full service hotel in Black River Falls. We have an immediate opening for a Housekeeping Manager.

This position is responsible for all housekeeping operations at the hotel. We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example and clean rooms with housekeepers as required. Duties include staffing and managing staff, insuring that rooms are cleaned to company standards. Schedule staff efficiently with an eye to managing to a budget. Develop and maintain positive relationships with management. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing teams
• Positive customer service and client service work history
• Ability to manage conflict and discipline staff as necessary

Position is paid hourly and rate depends on experience. Hotel occupancy is lower in the winter months and ramps up into the summer and fall. Candidate can expect to have a reduced flexible schedule in the winter ramping up to full time including weekend schedule in the summer and fall. All full time employees are eligible for discounted employee rate stays at most Best Western hotels nationwide.
