We have an amazing opportunity to add a Dispatcher to our established team in Valdosta.

Primary Job Function: Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour, depending on the experience

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Required Qualifications:

• Great Attitude with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Prior dispatch experience is required
• Previous experience working with maintenance agreements
• HVAC or related industry experience preferred
• Advanced customer service skills
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Experience answering a multi-line telephone system
• Prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skill
