Dispatcher Team Member will be responsible for the following: As a dispatcher they will be the central hub for the Housekeeping department. They will be available to answer calls for guest needs and input the information into HotSos. They will be responsible for monitoring HotSos, if calls are longer than our required complete time they will be responsible for contacting the appropriate Team Member to get updates. The dispatcher will work with the front desk to coordinate any project work that will need to be done. They will also control Rush Rooms, VIPs, late check outs, continuing reservations or special cleaning requests. The dispatcher will be responsible for working with Floor Inspectors to ensure they are updated with all the necessary information.
