```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as BuildersTrend, HeavyBid, Prolog, or similar programs
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
