Are you an experienced Poultry-Processing Production Supervisor with poultry (specifically chicken) cut-up, debone, marination, or related experience looking to make a career move as a Production Supervisor? We are looking for someone who excels at training and motivating your team to produce top-quality product with outstanding efficiency and yields.

REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates will have previous poultry processing and supervisory experience. Individuals applying should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.

• Familiarity with HACCP and plant efficiencies as it relates to yield, pounds per manhour, line speeds and automatic process equipment.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner and for promoting and maintaining positive working relationships within the production group. Specifically, this individual will:

• Train and develop employees to meet operating safety and quality requirements.

• Supervise staff to produce a safe, quality product that meets customer expectations.

• Develop an work environment that retains employees and helps develop them into future leadership positions.

• Understand plant performance numbers as it relates to yield, line speeds, automated equipment.

• Have good work stability to organize processes and people.
