What You'll Do:

Customer Experience:

• Elevate the shopping experience by ensuring our store is visually appealing and well-organized.

Sales & Profit:

• Utilize your extensive leadership experience to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze performance and provide insights to enhance sales.
• Protect our bottom line by effectively managing inventory and minimizing loss.

Visual & Merchandising:

• Embrace your creative side by overseeing the visual presentation of our products, following House of CB's distinct style.
• Contribute to visual merchandising updates that captivate our customers and highlight our brand's essence.
• Ensure efficient stock management and optimize inventory levels.

People & Culture:

• Foster a thriving team environment by supporting, mentoring, and empowering your Sales Advisors.
• Use your leadership skills to develop their potential, providing ongoing training and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
