Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to spearhead all facets of our operations. Your role will encompass delivering a top-notch menu and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations seamlessly.
• Ensure superior service, striving for maximum customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback promptly and accurately.
• Continuously assess product quality and explore new vendor opportunities.
• Organize and supervise shifts effectively.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for enhanced productivity.
• Forecast future requirements for inventory, kitchen supplies, and cleaning essentials.
• Uphold compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Cultivate and enhance the restaurant’s reputation, offering insights for improvements.
• Manage operational costs efficiently, identifying strategies to minimize waste.
• Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly financials.
• Train both new and existing team members on exemplary customer service protocols.
• Implement and enforce policies to sustain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated managerial experience with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage (F&B) offerings, adept at guiding customers and staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is advantageous.
• Strong leadership abilities, motivational prowess, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management, with acute budgeting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary background is a bonus.
