PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As the #2 Leader overseeing all of the operating departments (Culinary, F&B & Rooms), this hands-on leader establishes policies considering all plans including business policies, revenue plans, revenue achievement proposals, training plans and the direction of business. Also responsible for the overall operation including the management, supervision and administration of personnel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Senior level experience in a luxury hotel F&B (70% of time) & Rooms (30% of time) management environment
