Are you a seasoned leader in the hospitality industry with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our thriving hotel.

In this pivotal role, you will direct and oversee housekeeping, front office, sales, and accounting departments to maximize revenue and ensure outstanding customer service. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive the property's success, ensuring seamless daily operations, efficient resource allocation, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary leadership and guidance to departmental teams, fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue streams, and optimize operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with the food & beverage team to curate a remarkable dining experience that complements our hotel's offerings.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and public relations activities to drive brand awareness, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, keeping them informed of operational results and aligning strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, promoting a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• Hotel General Manager: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
