We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff members
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to guest feedback in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new business
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel management

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred
- Solid understanding of budgeting and revenue management principles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proven experience in supervising staff members in a hospitality setting
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality management principles
