Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff members
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to guest feedback in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new business
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel management
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred
