Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile food service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must have a clean driving record and ability to operate a 30 foot long food truck.

Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ingredients
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food truck
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely preparation and service of food items
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of restaurant or kitchen operations preferred
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and upsell to customers
- Culinary skills for food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
