In this position, your duties are to conduct monitoring and compliance activities and various reviews for an assigned geographic area to administer Act 13 of 2012; Act 214, the "Coal and Gas Resource Coordination Act"; Act 223, the "Oil and Gas Act"; Act 359, the "Oil and Gas Conservation Law"; Act 394, the "Clean Streams Law"; and Chapters 78, 78a, 79, 102 and 105 of the Rules and Regulations of the Environmental Quality Board.

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Williamsport.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

• Three years of technical experience in well design, drilling, completion, production, plugging, or underground storage operations in the oil or natural gas industry; or
• An associate's degree in Petroleum Technology or closely related field, and one year of technical experience in well design, drilling, completion, production, plugging, or underground storage operations in the oil or natural gas industry.

• Possession of a valid PA Class C non-commercial driver's license.

• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
