Staffing Coordinator:

• Staffing Coordinators focus on recruiting, engaging, staffing, and supporting our swim instructors - a growing and diverse group of independent contractors. It’s like a puzzle every day to recruit and find an instructor to fit each client’s unique requests.
• A key part of the job is also communicating policies to new hires and strengthening relationships with long-time contractors. By helping instructors succeed, our clients stay happy and students learn vital water safety skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Review applicants, interview and hire selected applicants
• Engage, manage new hires and long-time contractors’ accounts to track performance
• Act as a resource for applicants and contractors
• Conduct phone interviews with applicants across the country
• Make hiring decisions with our clients’ best interest in mind
• Review and respond to instructor requests
• Find the right swim instructor for new clients
• Manage instructor accounts to track performance
• Communicate efficiently with instructors through all platforms
• Conduct online onboarding sessions with selected new hires
• Work efficiently with all of the departments to address and solve problems
• Work proficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Expertly predict, avert issues, & come up with a creative solution in a timely manner
• Keep current with changes, issues, and concerns
• Assist contractor with any changes in their current contract

Position Info:

• Seasonal, full-time position until September 2023 (40/hours per week)
• Requires flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
