Right at Home provides in-home care services to the elderly citizens in the greater Edmond/OKC metro, and surrounding areas. This position is an office position that will require wearing multiple hats:
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules for the clients and employees. This position requires professional phone etiquette to respond to inbound phone calls, as well as making outbound phone calls in order to fill shifts. Looking for a computer savvy individual to use the company software for record keeping and scheduling. This position requires someone that can think quickly on their feet, willing to do what it takes to get the job done in order to move on to the next.
This position is also responsible for attracting and recruiting employees on a daily basis. Collecting the appropriate paperwork, and staying organized.
This position includes handling walk in's, as well as fielding phone calls of new clients needing to start services.
Other various job duties as needed.
