Staffing Specialist/Account Coordinator

An internal, entry level position. We are seeking a recent college graduate looking to gain valuable experience within the Human Resources/Recruiting and Business Management fields. Opportunity for rapid growth and career advancement!

Duties:

• Perform interviews with potential candidate and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes and conduct all necessary background checks/reference checks
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients
• Creating onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes.
• Prepare and extend offers to select candidates.
• Recruit for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, internet resources, media and employee referrals
• Supervise current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed
• Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels
• Investigate Workers Compensation claims
• Conduct site visits at clients as needed
• Validate and process payroll in a timely manner
• Document all applicant and client information correctly into applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in customer service related field required
• Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required.
