Hospital Staffing Coordinator jobs in Elk Grove, CA

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Five years' staffing agency or other relevant experience: Preferred
• Experience in customer service or billing: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• optimization of Clairvia at all markets (systemwide). Identifies opportunities and works with local teams and
• for POE auditors. Collaborates with education team in the preparation and provision of updated training
• Ensures survey readiness at all times with personnel files and supporting documentation. Maintains accurate entries into the nurse scheduling and acuity system (Clairvia).
• Verifies billings, processes invoices and approves time cards for agency staff.
• Participates in Clinical Workforce initiatives as assigned and collaborates with clinical workforce as a team member and partner.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
