We are currently seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Onsite Coordinator for one of our large client accounts. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a newcomer to experience individual to gain valuable experience and grow their skills.

Position Title: Onsite Coordinator (Part-Time)

• Location: Rialto, CA 92377
• Range of Pay: $20.00-$22.00 DOE
• Schedule: Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
• 1st Shift – 4:00am-8:00am OT as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process for temporary employees, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Act as the main liaison between our staffing agency and the client's hiring managers, providing regular updates on candidate status and addressing any staffing concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions for temporary employees.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information, job orders, and placement activities using our internal database.
• Monitor and track employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary employees, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the internal team to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
