Good Neighbor Support Services provides in-home non-medical care to the elderly and disabled under contract with the state and individual providers. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the Direct Care Workers (DCW). The duties include but are not limited to: staffing qualified DCWs to provide care for our members, addressing complaints, assisting accounting with payroll, data entry, answering phones, enforcing company policies, and training. Also, this position requires the coordinator to be part of the “On-Call” rotation.
