Job Highlights:

The Nurse Supervisor primary responsibility is to be "The Captain of the Team". This entails motivating, inspiring and leading your team towards success. Your adherence to organizational values promotes team cohesion, clinical excellence, and extraordinary patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona or compact state without disciplinary action.
• Minimum of five years of hospice experience and clinical nursing experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to organizational values: service excellence, accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
• Must be computer literate in Apple Ecosystem and Google Drive apps.
