Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horse Groom to join our team. As a Horse Groom, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and maintenance for our horses. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working outdoors. If you have a passion for horses and enjoy working in a farm environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Groom and bathe horses, ensuring they are clean and well-groomed with proper equipment
- Feed and water horses according to their specific dietary needs
- Assist with exercising horses, including lunging and hand-walking
- Administer medications or treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Assist with basic veterinary care, such as wound cleaning and bandaging
- Maintain accurate records of horse care, including feeding schedules and medical treatments

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with horses is required
- Knowledge of horse grooming techniques and equipment
- Ability to handle horses safely and confidently
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for maintenance of farm equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
