Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. As a Ranch Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the maintenance and operation of our ranch. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic.

Duties:
- Assist with the care and feeding of animals, including horses and other livestock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of animal living areas
- Handle animals safely and responsibly during feeding, grooming and other procedures
- Assist with garden maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and best practices
- Understanding of animal care principles and ability to recognize signs of distress or illness
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
