Home Care Aide Coordinator schedules workforce needs of Home Care Aides. Tracks aide services and collects and maintains time reports. Being a Home Care Aide Coordinator typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
