Backyard Bug Patrol Mosquito Pest Control Technicians job is a full or part-time, seasonal position. The number of hours worked per week will vary by technician. Generally 35-45 hours per week, depending on technician preferences and availability. No experience necessary. We will train.
Our techs should be customer service oriented and be able to follow procedures and policies and must exceed customer expectations!
Character Traits and Skills:
Basic pest control knowledge and experience is helpful but not required. Applicants who don't already hold appropriate state licensing may undergo the licensing process during their training.

Duties:
Visually inspects and treats for mosquitoes, ticks and other pests at customer location
Maintain good customer relations
Take personal initiative and responsibility for "keeping the customer happy" and be able to correct any problems
Maintain high customer service standards
Maintain chemical records according to State requirements
Participate in team meetings
Complete licensing requirements and continuation education requirements
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
Willingness to market business
Thoroughly explains to the customer the expectations for service and procedures
Able to walk customer property while carrying equipment weighing about 60lbs for long periods of time in warm temperatures.
Maintain power spray equipment, truck appearance, and other equipment in a safe, clean and mechanically sound condition at all times.
